Bob Was The Nicest And Most Compassionate Man I Ever Meet. He Cared For The Cadets And Troopers. I Came On The Job OCT 1971 And Had Nothing But Love For Bob Ever Since. R.I.P. BOB.

I am so sorry to hear of Bob's passing. I worked with Bob at the ISP academy and I always had the greatest respect for him. He was a man of honor and great virtues. His presence at the academy and around both the staff and cadets made the agency and all of us better people. Thanks for your service Bob and rest in peace brother.

Bob was one of the range officers when I was at the academy way back in 1980 and a friend throughout my 28 years career. A true gentleman and always smiling. I shall miss him.

All my love to the Cappelli family in this time of grief. Papo was a great man and I'm grateful to have known him.
