Condolences for Terry L. Daugherty

Our deepest condolences to Virginia and her family. Terry always had a smile to welcome you and was happy to see us. Whenever we went to their house to play Bunco, Terry always made sure there was a bowl of black jelly beans there for me once he found out I liked licorice. He will be missed . Our prayers are with the family .

To the Daugherty Famiy: I first met Terry in the mid 80’s when I joined the Earl Bomke Horseshoe League. Anywhere from 30 to 40 guys would gather once a month on a Saturday at Lincoln Park for spirited games of horseshoes, several beers and always a wonderful meal generously cooked and delivered by Terry and his Wife Virginia. The running joke amongst the club members that were fire fighters was that Terry would have made a great fireman, cause he could cook. I often wondered if it was Terry that would have made a great fire fighter or was it Virginia??? At any rate they were both very generous people to cook for so many which is no easy task. Terry was a great guy that loved life and his horseshoe buddies. He could light up any room with his great smile and those smiling eyes. He was just the kind of guy you enjoyed being around. He will be missed by ALL that knew him especially his horseshoe friends. May Terry’s soul and all the souls of the faithfully departed through the mercy of God Rest In Peace. Jim Kramp - Friend

Sorry the learn of Ted's passing (We always called him Ted). Thinking of the many times we all got together & had a lot of laughs when we were raising our kids. Our prayers are with Virginia and the kids & grandkids.
