I worked with Lou at Secretary State Driver Services and he was always professional and ready to go out of his way to help with skillful advice. A great guy. Condolences to his family. Know he will be sadly missed.

My prayers for Oren and the Lowder family. I can still see the tall police officer, Oren, approaching St. Cabrini Kindergarten door with the small blond girl named MaryLou. Know that you are all in my thoughts and prayers,

Mr. Lowder was one of St. Cabrini's finest volunteers. I would see him at the Fall Festivals for many years taking care of business! Rest in peace and may the family keep close all those wonderful memories.

Lou was a strong @ positive force for me throughout my career with IL SOS's Office. He was always a joy to be around, helpful in any way he could be, an always someone to look up to. He was respected nation wide by those of us involved in Traffic Safety. An "All-Around" great guy! My Condolences @ Best wishes to his family/loved-ones.
