Condolences for Harry E. Cruse

Mike Myers posted on 4/5/20

I was just informed by Jim Skeeters of Harry's passing. I certainly did not know. Harry kept me supplied throughout our years of friendship with the Hemming's Motor News that he had subscribed to for many years. We met nearly daily with the group at the west Jefferson Hardee's until he was unable to drive. Harry shared from time-to-time, the stories about his near brush with death in WWII Paderborn, Germany and his long road to recovery in England. To Dale, Barry and his grandchildren, please accept my belated condolence. Your loved one was a remarkable soldier, citizen and a very good friend!

Harry and my dad, Bob Rhoads, were "tire kicking" buddies as far back as I can remember. they shared a great friendship, many laughs and stacks of car magazines. Harry was a good and kind man. Please accept my deepest condolences.
