Kenny meant the world to me. He never judged me if I was or wasnt in church. He told me about him and Sue doing a marathon or half and other races they did. He said I should do a marathon when I started walking then went to running. Well I thought no way in the beginning of my running at 40ish years of life. I couldn't do the mile run in school. Well I will tell you I am 50 and I have done a marathon several half marathon and other distances (not as long as the half or full marathons of 26.2 and 13.1) from 15miles down to just one mile. So with Kenny's encouraging and the good lord keeping me moving when I wanted to stop, I did all those distances some more times than others . Kenny and his family always made me feel loved and welcomed. I am so sorry for the loss of this amazing man. He suffers no more and sits with Jesus.

So sorry to hear of Kenny’s passing. I sat in his Sunday School class last month and he was not doing well then. I remember Kenny at Roanoke Church. A cute little red headed boy full of mischief. He will truly be missed.
