To the Groesch Family- Just wanted to let you know prayers and thoughts are with you today. We remember many things of love she shared with others. Like our kids and grandkids at Halloween, she would always have something special for them. When she had extra tomatoes she would call and say meet me half way and share them. We have missed her. Love, Myrtlou Grover and Family and Rosebud Jones

My mother, Loretta Stelte, was a good friend of Abe. I also remember her growing up in Springfield. You all have my sympathies for your loss.

Abe was a godsend to my mother and our family when she was suffering with cancer. It was before the days of hospice, and Abe would come to the house and administer pain medicine by injection. She would, of course, also brighten our day with her exuberant personality! What a great soul! I hope she and my mom are in heaven reminiscing about their RN days at St. John's Hospital!
