I know Don went by Rob at Dirksen, and probably other situations also, but I knew him as Don. I don't remember ever actually meeting him, but I spoke to him by phone almost every day at work. I found him to be polite, friendly, professional and always helpful. I'm going to miss him. I'm sorry for your loss.
