Paul was born in Springfield, IL to PJ and Ruth Staab. He graduated from Sacred Heart-Griffin High School and Southern Illinois University – Carbondale. He is a member of Cathedral of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church.  Paul is a board member of the Phoenix Center and the Springfield Memorial Foundation.  Paul intends to emulate the senior Staab Family in staying very involved with his community.

Interests outside of work include spending time with his husband, Dustin Harmony and their goldendoodles, Dunkel and Winston; traveling all over with family and friends; loves practicing yoga every week; golfing with his dad and brothers is always a cherished time; biking, running, anything physical; grilling out are just a few ways that he enjoys his time.

Other memberships include Sigma Phi Sigma Fraternity at SIU – Carbondale.

Paul joined the Staab Family team in 2007.
