Lauren is a Springfield native. She is a graduate of Cathedral Grade School (2005) and Sacred Heart Griffin High School (2009). She received her Associates Degree in Psychology at Lincoln Land Community College (2018). Lauren is a dance instructor at Dance Arts Studio and a yoga instructor at Ahh Yoga. She is a member of the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church.

Lauren joined the Staab Family team in 2009.
