Jessica is a native of Belleville, Illinois, where she graduated from Althoff Catholic High School. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Indiana University before anchoring the WICS-TV morning news program for nearly a decade. Jessica is a member of St. John Vianney Catholic Church in Sherman. She lives in Springfield with her husband and three daughters.

Jessica joined the Staab Family team in 2012.
