Bill was very kind to me once when I was little. I have never forgotten. I did not realize he was here in town and had been so ill all these years. His death has hit me hard, keep seeing his serious, sad, little boy eyes, wise beyond their years. He had both a brave spirit of adventure, and a deep, sorrowful vulnerability. Miss you Bill, bless you forever.
