Russell will leave a legancy which he helpped create the Fulton Community Building in Fulton, Indiana by a donation he put forth to help build the center. He believed in our dream and helpped make it a reality. His name will forever be on the donor recognition wall as you walk into the building. Russell grew up in Fulton and the building is about 1/2 block from where he grew up. That building helpped a family this last weekend with a fish fry which served about 900 people to help offsett medical bills. God Bless you Russell and believing in our dream for the community.
