Dick was my neighbor across the canal here in St. James City of Pine Island. He was a wonderful neighbor and I would visit with him virtually every day, since he loved to bike the hood in the Florida sunshine. We would kid one another since I was an Army vet and he was Navy. Best wishes to his family. John Kendall, Pine Island, Fla.
