Paulette R. Medley, 64, died at 10:55 pm, Tuesday, October 18, 2016 at Memorial Medical Center. She was born on November 11, 1951 in Springfield to Lyle and Jessie (Solomon) Blakey. She married Charles Michael Medley and he preceded her in death in 1996. She was also preceded in death by her father.
She is survived by her son, Michael and mother, Jessie Blakey, both of Springfield and one sister, Jeanine (Bruce) Evans of Bloomington.
Graveside Service: 2:30 pm, Friday, October 28, 2016 at Horse Creek Cemetery in Pawnee, IL with Pastor John Sears officiating.
