Patricia A. Gollon

Patricia A. Gollon, 87, of Springfield, died at 4:18 pm, Thursday, May 31, 2018 at Memorial Medical Center. She was born on November 12, 1930, in Springfield, to Lawrence and Florence (Fritz) Marx, and they preceded her in death. She married James C. Gollon on October 19, 1957.

Survivors include her husband, James; one son, Robert (Kathleen) Gollon of Springfield, three grandchildren; Samuel David Gollon, Lucas Robert Gollon, and Grace Elaine (Philip) Boehm, and one sister, Judith (Dr. Norm) Grobe of Naperville, IL.

She was preceded in death by her parents, son, Jim Gollon, and sister, Barbara Brill.
Patricia was a homemaker and worked at Caterpillar for 10 years in her early adulthood. She was also a member of Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception and
Compassionate Friends. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.

Visitation: 9:00 – 10:30 am, Saturday, June 9, 2018, at Staab Funeral Home – Springfield.

Funeral Mass: 11:00 am, Saturday, June 9, 2018, at Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception with Reverend Wayne Stock officiating. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery.
