Mildred M. Forsyth
SPRINGFIELD – Mildred M. Forsyth, 60, of Springfield died at 1:15 p.m. Sunday, June 8, 2008, at Capital Care Center.
She was born Nov. 20, 1947 in Springfield, the daughter of Paul James and Jennie Black Forsyth. She married James Kilbury on Sept. 2, 1967, they divorced on March 7, 1980.
She was preceded in death by her father.
She is survived by her mother; two daughters, Michelle Forsyth of San Diego and Lorilea (companion, Dan Pietz) of Staples, Minn.; three sons, James Kilbury Jr. of Minneapolis, Brian (Amy) Kilbury of Wichita, Kan. and Chad (Amanda) Kilbury of Staples; 15 grandchildren; sister, Judy (Charles) Wilson of Springfield; two brothers, Wayne (Diane) Forsyth of Westville and Rodney (Margaret) Forsyth of Springfield; and several nieces and nephews.
She was a resident of Springfield for most of her life. She was a homemaker and a member of the Assembly of God Church.
Visitation will be from 10 to 11 a.m. Wednesday, June 11, 2008, at Staab Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 11 a.m. at the funeral home, with special music by James Kilbury Jr. and Vaughn Beeman officiating. Burial will be at Oak Ridge Cemetery.
