Maryalice LeVeque, 78, of Sherman, died at 9:50 am Thursday, November 13, 2014 at her home.  She was born March 18, 1936 in Springfield to Stanley and Mary Denny Martinkus.  She married Robert D. LeVeque  on September 22, 1956 and he preceded her in death February 10, 2010.  She was also preceded in death by her parents.

Surviving are two daughters, Sarah (Keith) McGuire of Henderson, NV and Terri (Bobby) LeMasters of Sherman; two sons, Bobby (Tonya) LeVeque of Rochester and Lenny LeVeque of Springfield; three grandchildren Amy LeVeque, Kyle and Corey Fitzpatrick; three great grandchildren, Elizabeth Norgaard, Alex and Kyleigh LeVeque; a brother, James Martinkus of Salisbury; an uncle, Johnny Denny of Riverton and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Maryalice was a member of St. Katharine Drexel Parish.  She graduated from Sacred Heart Academy.  She loved working in the yard, spending time with her grandchildren and meeting up for breakfast with her friends.  She retired from AT&T after 30 years of service as a draftsman.

Visitation: 4 – 7 pm   Monday, November 17, 2014 at Staab Funeral Home with a prayer service at 4 pm.

Funeral Mass: 10:30 am   Tuesday, November 18, 2014 at Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception with Reverend Chris House officiating.  Burial will follow at Camp Butler National Cemetery.
