I was in the careteria at St. John's Hospital several years ago when my mother was sick. I heard someone talking and I stopped thinking to myself, that sounds just like my Aunt Mary Green. I had not seen her in years but the voice was unmistakable. I started to look around and there she was. It's funny what stays with you through the years. I will always remember her laugh, her smile, and of course the voice. Oh yes, and a green flowered chiffon dress she passed down to me when I was in the fourth grade that made me feel like a princess when I wore it on picture day. My deepest sympathy to Debbie, Shirley and your families.
