Mary A. Reagan
Mary A. Reagan, 78, of Springfield, died Thursday, May 25, 2017 at Villa East in Sherman. She was born May 4, 1939, in Paris, TN to Buford and Grace Brandon Brown.
Surviving are five children, Michael B. Reagan IV, Sherry (Kevin) Reagan Miller, Patrick W. Reagan, James E. (Rhonda) Reagan and Nancy Reagan Bradshaw; three granddaughters, Chelsea, Courtney and Miranda; one step-grandson, Evan; four great-grandchildren, Colten, Gracie, Emmitt and Akyia; six siblings, Bobbye (Ben) Reynolds, Martha (Jimmie) Patterson, Kenneth (Rosemary) Brown, Jerald Brown, Janice Keene and Annetta Brewer and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her parents; one son, George J. Reagan and one sister, Linda Brown McBride.
Mary owned and operated Mary’s House Cleaning Services, a plaque and figurine shop and a roller-skating rink. She ran Weight Watchers in Ashland for several years. She had also worked for AARP, vital records and Dollar General. Most importantly she was a wonderful mother, sister and had done so many selfless acts of kindness by helping the underprivileged.
Private family services are being held.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions will be given to Mary’s favorite charity.
