Margaret Ann "Peggy" Wilkins

January 16, 1945 - March 9, 2013

Margaret Ann “Peggy” Wilkins, 68, of Springfield died at 7:31 pm Saturday, March 9, 2013 at Memorial Medical Center. She was born January 16, 1945, in Woodside Township to Frank and Marguerite Snodgrass Halford and they precede her in death. Her brother, Tom Halford also preceded her in death.

Surviving are her two daughters, Angela (Robert) Hoehn of Springfield and Amy Lyn (Joseph) Cranwill of Chatham; two grandchildren, Matthew Hoehn and Kylee Rain Cranwill; two sisters, Beatrice (Donald) Yakus and Mary Hubbs both of Springfield; two brothers, Frank (Joetta) Halford of Phoenix, AZ and John (Joyce) Halford of Omaha, NB and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Margaret was of the Lutheran Faith, loved cats and supported the Animal Protective League. She worked at Federated Funeral Directors of America in the Accounts Receivables and Collections Department for over 30 years.

Private family services will be held with burial at Camp Butler National Cemetery.
