Lucky Van Hamilton
Lucky Van Hamilton, 14 of Riverton, died at 6:25 pm, Saturday, August 4, 2012 at Memorial Medical Center. He was born March 18, 1998 in Springfield, to Eldon “Buddy” L. and Melissa Killen Hamilton, IV.
Survivors include his father, Buddy Hamilton of Riverton; his mother, Melissa Hamilton of Springfield; two sisters Haili J. Killen and Raymie M. Taylor both of Springfield; maternal grandparents, Ruth Breadberg of Springfield and Loren (Bonnie) Killen of Springfield; paternal grandparents, Mary L. Hamilton of Springfield and her companion Gary Ranson of Loami and Sharon Hamilton of Springfield and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
His grandfather, Eldon Hamilton, Jr. preceded him in death.
Lucky was a student at Kemmerer Village. He was on the softball, basketball, dodge ball, volleyball and soccer teams at school. He enjoyed being outdoors, especially fishing and camping. He had many collections and loved animals and meeting new people.
Visitation: 4-7 pm, Friday, August 10, 2012 at Staab Funeral Home
Funeral Service: 10 am, Saturday, August 11, 2012 at Staab Funeral Home with Pastor Denny Hamilton officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Ridge Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Lucky Hamilton memorial fund in care of US Bank.
