Lucille Graham
Lucille Graham, 78, of Springfield, died at 4:36 pm, Thursday, October 25, 2012 at St. John’s Hospital. She was born February 28, 1934, in Farmingdale to N.B. and Ollie Mae Mabry Sullivan. She married Merle E. Graham on October 19, 1963 and he preceded her in death on April 21, 1970.
Her parents; several brothers and four sisters preceded her in death.
Survivors include her daughter Rhonda (Mark) Hand; grandson, Tyler Graham Hand of Ohio and several nieces and nephews.
Lucille was a resident of Springfield most of her life. She worked for Taft’s Dairy and Taft’s Mr. Ribeye for over 50 years and retired from Springfield School District in 1998.
Visitation: 11:30 – 1:00pm, Tuesday, October 30, 2012 at Staab Funeral Home.
Funeral Service: 1 pm, Tuesday, October 30, 2012 at Staab Funeral Home with Reverend Joe Grant officiating. Burial will follow at Camp Butler National Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Animal Protective League.

So sorry to hear about Lucille's passing. Lucille was a wonderful babysitter who treated me like her own daughter - Lucille was so thoughtful and kind. I have many wonderful childhood memories because of Lucille and what all she did for me. I will always treasure the time I was able to work along her side at Taft's Mr. Ribeye at the Illinois State Fair for so many years - thanks for the memories. Rhonda, Mark and Tyler - I am keeping you in my thoughts and prayers!
