Louis Garcia

Louis Garcia, 93, of Troy, died at 3:00 am, Thursday, December 19, 2013 at Regency Nursing Care Residence. He was born November 30, 1920 in Cherryvale, KS to Francisco “Kiko” and Maria Carril Garcia. He married Martha Neubauer on December 16, 1944 and she preceded him in death in 2001.

He is survived by two daughters Cindy Holler of Springfield and Janet Sabourin of Las Vegas, NV; one granddaughter, Wendy Lowe of SC; two great grandchildren; one sister Avelina “Puda” Brendel of St. Jacob, IL and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

His parents; wife; one brother Manuel “Mason” Garcia and two sisters, Ana Onofrey and Amanda “Lila” Henderson preceded him in death.

Louis worked as a Truck Driver for A & P.
