Linda F. Novy

Linda F. Novy, 67, of Springfield, died at 6:05 pm, Tuesday, September 10, 2013 at Memorial Medical Center. She was born November 3, 1945 in Frederick, MD to Albert and Marian Stokes Novy.

Her parents preceded her in death.

She is survived by one sister Mary Jo (Bob) Sager of Pemberton, NJ; one brother, Thomas (Ruth) Novy of Athens and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Linda was a member of First United Methodist Church. She was a huge Elvis fan. She worked for the State of Illinois for thirteen years in various secretary positions and as a data processing clerk. She worked in several temporary secretarial positions and as a legal secretary for several firms.

Private family services will be held at a later date.
