Lee Pulliam
Lee Pulliam, 76, of Springfield, died at 3:06, pm, Thursday, August 18, 2011 at St. John’s Hospital. He was born March 22, 1935 in Divernon, Illinois to Harry and Mae Arnold Pulliam. He married Barbara Tank in 1957 and she survives.
Also surviving are five children, Patricia (Joe) Blewitt of Crete, IL, Daniel Lee (Emma) Pulliam of Springfield, James Pulliam of Springfield, Colleen (John) Arnold of Lynchburg, VA and Michael (Mary) Pulliam of Sweetwater; seventeen grandchildren, two great grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Lee was a U.S. Army veteran, serving during the Korean War. He worked in the heating and air conditioning business for 55 years and was a member of St. Aloysius Church.
Visitation: 5-7 pm, Monday, August 22, 2011 at Staab Funeral Home with a prayer service at 5 pm.
Funeral Mass: 2 pm, Tuesday, August 23, 2011 at St. Aloysius Church with Reverend Tom Donovan officiating. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.
