John Robert Suter

John Robert Suter, 53, of Springfield, died at 2 p.m., Wednesday, January 16, 2013 at his home. He was born February 26, 1959 in Bloomington, Illinois to William Albert and Mary Alice Groesch Suter.
He is survived by one daughter Amie Nichole (Kevin) Creighton of Chatham; one granddaughter, Ayla Belle Creighton; father, Bill Suter of Sherman; one sister, Mary Jane (Craig) Dellamano of Shiloh; four brothers, Mike Suter of Plano, TX, Gary Suter and Tim Suter both of Springfield and Chris (Lori) Suter of Pittsboro, IN and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
His mother; one son, John E Suter and two brothers, Greg and David Suter preceded him in death.
John was a graduate of Lanphier High School. He was of the Catholic faith. He enjoyed fishing and was an avid Notre Dame Fan. He worked for CWLP at the power plant.
