Our Mom used to tell me how JoAnn got her name. Our Dad worked in a shoe store. One day a lady came in with a little girl, and he heard her call the little girl, JoAnn. He liked that name a lot and told our Mom that if it was a girl, he wanted to call her JoAnn. By any name, she was an angel to us all and is now happily residing in Heaven with her beloved Jim.
