Lisa and Family: I was so sorry to hear about Howard. I am now working with Ron Pertl in Indianapolis, and he gave me the news this morning. My deepest condolonces to the family as I felt like I was part of it for years. Howard gave me an amazing opportunity at Mid-Continental. I have never had another boss or job that compared to him and my time at Mid-Continental. I was so fortunate to have met all of you. I will keep you all in my prayers. All of my love to you and the family, Terri Preston-Guthrie, Indianapolis, Indiana April 4, 2013
