Florence G. Bartlett, 93, of Springfield, died Friday, June 24, 2011 in Spokane, WA. She was born June 28, 1917 in Springfield, IL to Fred and Mary Butzman Cicci. She married Mark T. Bartlett on January 26, 1941 and he preceded her in death on January 26, 1968. Her parents; one brother Raymond Cicci and one sister, Marguerite Cicci also preceded her in death.
Survivors include one daughter, Carol Ann Moore of Spokane, WA and one grandson, Mark Moore of Seattle, WA.
Florence was formerly a member of Blessed Sacrament Church and currently a member of the Church of the Little Flower.
She owned and operated a grocery store on the corner of Walnut and Monroe; worked for the treasures office for the City of Springfield and was a homemaker.
Visitation: 9-10 am, Saturday, July 2, 2011 at St. Joseph’s Home Chapel.
Funeral Mass: 10 am, Saturday, June 2, 2011 at St. Joseph’s Home Chapel with Reverend Charles Dahlby officiating. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to St. Joseph’s Home.
