Elizabeth Jo "Betty Jo" Haworth
Elizabeth Jo “Betty Jo” Haworth, 64, of Springfield, died at 3 am, Sunday, July 7, 2013 at Memorial Medical Center. She was born November 17, 1948, in Springfield, to Richard and Betty Rogers Cline.
She is survived by two sons, Richard (Amanda) Haworth and Robert Haworth both of Springfield; two grandchildren, Daniel and Alexander Haworth; one brother Robert (Kathryn) Cline of Springfield; one uncle and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; one brother, Roger Cline and an infant brother Richard Cline.
Betty Jo was a member of Trinity Nazarene Church. She worked for UCP as a Job Coach and had previously worked as a CNA for St. John’s Hospital and for District 186 as a personal assistant to special education students.
She enjoyed BINGO; computers and was a former member of REBEKAH.
Visitation: 4-5 pm, Wednesday, July 10, 2013 at Staab Funeral Home.
Funeral Service: 5 pm, Wednesday, July 10, 2013 at Staab Funeral Home with Reverend Ron Waltrip officiating.
