Deanna M. Wolschlag
Deanna M. Avantini Wolschlag, 59, of Springfield, died at 1:00 pm, Tuesday, August 6, 2013 at her home. She was born June 3, 1954 in Rome, NY, to Augustine Anthony and Marilyn Bedrick Avantini. She married Ronald W. Wolschlag in 1977 and he preceded her in death on April 17, 2007.
She is survived by two daughters, Jaime (Trae) Mullen of Springfield and Sara Wolschlag of Baton Rouge, LA; two sons, Ryan Wolschlag of San Francisco, CA and Drew Wolschlag of Springfield; one sister, Dara (John) Oertel of Desert Hot Springs, CA; two brothers, Carmine (Sandy) Avantini of Linden, MI and Jamie (Erin) Avantini of Vancouver, British Columbia and several aunts, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Her parents, husband and one sister, Dawn Manseau preceded her in death.
Deanna was a member of Christ the King Church. She was an avid golfer and a huge sports fan. She supported SASA Soccer, local youth sports, and many other organizations in need.
Visitation: 4-7 pm, Sunday, August 11, 2013 at Staab Funeral Home. A prayer service will be held at 4 pm with Reverend Joseph Ring.
Funeral Mass: 10 am, Monday, August 12, 2013 at Christ the King Church with Reverend John Ossola and Reverend Joseph Ring officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Ridge Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Lung Association.

So saddened to hear of Deanna's death! I'm just now finding it out & praying that all of you have been starting to "heal" with all your happy memories of her & your father. The world lost a really nice gal but heaven gained a new angel. God Bless you, your family & your parents.
