Constance "Connie" Sue Ciota
Constance “Connie” Sue Ciota, born August 17, 1954 in Fort Sill, OK returned to our heavenly father Wednesday October 15, 2014 surrounded by her family. She was preceded in death by her mother, Joann Beavens-Ciota, her Aunt Norma Jean Dever, Aunt Delores Pusch and her brother, Mike Ciota.
She attended Sacred Heart and later Riverton High School. She retired from the State of Illinois then pursued her lifelong dream and family tradition of owning and operating a tavern, the Old 36 Inn in Riverton, IL. She was very caring and had many lifelong friends.
She leaves cherished memories to her husband Randy Hemming, son Travis Pierceall (wife, Sarah), daughter Samantha (Sisson) Evans (husband, Matt) and parents Frank and Judee Ciota, all of Riverton. Three grandchildren, Mason “Meathead” and Jacob “Lumpy” Pierceall and Adriana “Mimi” Evans all of Riverton.

Services will be held Monday, October 20, 2014 at Staab Funeral Home. Visitation from 10-Noon with religious service following. Burial will be at St. Bernard Cemetery in Glenarm, IL. Reception following at the KC Hall in Riverton.
Donations may be made to St. John’s Hospice in her memory.
