Barbara M. Hampson, 77, of Springfield died at 1:24 am, Thursday, May 17, 2018 at Memorial Medical Center. She was born on February 18, 1941 in Springfield to Fred and Della (Gantt) Antonacci. She married Thomas Hampson in 1967.
She is survived by her husband and one brother, Ron Antonacci of Riverton. She was preceded in death by her parents.
Barbara retired from Franklin Life Insurance Company after 43 years of service. She had also worked at Farm and Home and Walmart.
No services will be held.

I'm so sorry for your loss. I only knew Barb from going in to Walmart, she worked the over night shift and I always went through her check out lane. She loved to talk to me about my dog and the dogs she had. Even though I didn't know her or the family, she will be missed.. she was a sweet lady, my Walmart experience just won't be the same anymore prayers to the family and friends God Bless
