Amber Lue Boehme
SPRINGFIELD, IL – Amber Lue Boehm, 69, died Saturday, January 3, 2015 at St. John’s Hospital. She was born in Great Bends, KS to Anthony and Nora (Miller) Leonetti, who preceded her in death. She married James Boehm on April 12, 1980.
She is survived by her husband James; two children: James Paul (Nichole) Boehm II of Crown Point, IN and Erich Anthony (Ashley) Boehm of Honolulu, HA; one grandchild, Amelia Boehm; a brother, Timothy (Chris) Leonetti of Sherman and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Amber was a resident of Sherman most of her life. She was a member of St. John Vianney Church, a homemaker, floral designer, member of Home Extension and Quilting Club. She enjoyed crafting, cooking and decorative work.
Visitation: 4-7 pm, Wednesday, January 7, 2015 at Staab Funeral Home. A second visitation will be held from 9-10 am, Thursday, January 8, 2015 at St. John Vianney Church.
Funeral Mass: 10 am, Thursday, January 8, 2015 at St. John Vianney Church. Burial will follow at Farmington Cemetery.
